The technician came when promised and was professional. He even noticed a propane leak in my guest house that had been going on for a long time (had an odd smell that I could not figure out where it was coming from). Had propane company come out the next day and, sure enough, I had a leak from my dryer! I had soap dispensers replaced in all four of my Fisher Paykel dishwashers and he did an excellent job. He replaced a trim piece as well that I had replaced two other times by another company, who would not call me back after several attempts to get in touch with them. I would recommend them for appliance repair.
